Our Policy for the booking, cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Booking Policy :
We do not want any customers to miss-out on your preferred unit. Hence, customers will have to pay the booking amount & submit all the required documents within 1 week after the token amount is given. Please be informed that token amount only holds a unit, and does not confirm the unit. Your preferred unit will be confirmed only after you complete all the required processes & pay the booking amount. To avoid any misunderstanding, the receipt & booking confirmation will be given to customers only after completion of the process. In case of failure to pay the booking amount, Sankalp Property holds the right to open the unit.
